Professional Valet Parking, Fully Insured and Uniformed
First impressions are made at the curb, long before a guest reaches your door. Imperial Hospitality Services provides fully insured, professionally uniformed valet attendants across the Greater Houston area, backed by more than a decade of hospitality staffing experience. Every attendant is background-screened, trained in defensive vehicle handling, and coached in the courtesy standards our clients expect — a warm greeting, careful key control, and a swift, organized retrieval when the evening ends.
We carry garage-keepers liability coverage on every engagement, and our key-tag and claim-ticket procedures create a clear chain of custody for every vehicle we touch. If you have ever wondered what actually happens when something goes wrong, our blog explains how vehicle damage claims are handled in valet parking — and why an insured, process-driven operator makes all the difference.

How Our Valet Engagements Work
1. Site & Traffic Assessment
We walk your venue, measure the drive lane and staging capacity, identify parking inventory, and map guest flow before quoting.
2. Custom Staffing Plan
Attendant count, supervisor coverage, signage, cones, key podium, and insurance certificates — scoped in writing to your guest count and arrival curve.
3. Uniformed, Trained Team On-Site
Attendants arrive early, stage the lane, and run a consistent greet–tag–park–retrieve cycle with documented key control throughout.
4. Wrap-Up & Accountability
Every vehicle reconciled against its claim ticket, the lane cleared, and a single point of contact for any follow-up. No loose ends.
One Vendor. The Whole Front-of-House.
Most Houston venues juggle separate companies for parking, security, and guest services — three contracts, three supervisors, three standards. IHS delivers valet, licensed security guards, event security, concierge staff, and professional drivers under one contract and one accountable operations team. Our security division even runs TX Patrol™, our proprietary accountability platform — the same operational discipline carries into every valet lane we staff. Explore all IHS services.
Valet Parking FAQs
How much does valet parking cost in Houston?
Pricing depends on guest count, event duration, venue layout, and whether parking is on-site or off-site. Most private events are quoted as a flat package covering attendants, a supervisor, equipment, and insurance. Request a free quote and we will scope it to your event — there is no obligation and no long-term contract requirement.
Are your valet attendants insured?
Yes. IHS carries garage-keepers liability coverage on every valet engagement, and certificates of insurance are provided to your venue on request. Combined with our claim-ticket and key-control procedures, every vehicle has a documented chain of custody from arrival to retrieval.
How many valet attendants does my event need?
A useful rule of thumb is one attendant per 15–20 arriving vehicles per hour, plus a supervisor for events over roughly 75 guests — but arrival curves matter more than totals. A wedding where everyone arrives in a 30-minute window needs more curb staff than a gala with staggered arrivals. Our site assessment produces an exact staffing plan.
Can you provide valet for a home or estate event?
Absolutely. Residential events are one of our specialties — we stage vehicles along approved streets or satellite lots, protect your neighbors’ driveways, and keep the front of your home clear for arrivals. Single-evening engagements are welcome.
Do you operate in bad weather?
Yes — rain plans are built into every engagement. Teams deploy with umbrellas and rain gear, escort guests under cover, towel-dry seats and door handles, and adjust staging distances for wet-pavement stopping. Houston weather is part of the job, not an excuse.
