Our Story
Leadership Forged in Service
Imperial Hospitality Services was founded by a retired Army Major with more than twenty-five years of uniformed service — a career that included commanding troops at a fourteen-thousand-foot glacier outpost in some of the harshest conditions on earth. In that world, standards are not slogans. Punctuality, accountability, and composure under pressure are habits that keep people safe, and they became the habits of a lifetime.
After hanging up the uniform, our founder built and successfully sold a retail enterprise before establishing Imperial in Houston, where he now leads a team of more than thirty-five security, valet, and hospitality professionals. Every guard post we staff and every valet ramp we run reflects the same command philosophy: brief the mission clearly, train to a standard, verify performance, and own the outcome.
When off-the-shelf tools couldn’t verify that a guard was actually walking the property, he didn’t settle — he designed TX Patrol™, our geofenced patrol-verification platform, so clients never have to take “we were there” on faith. That is the discipline behind everything Imperial does: proven presence, professional courtesy, and standards that never slip.
