Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of imperialhospitalityservices.com (the “Site”), operated by Imperial Transportation Services, Inc., d/b/a Imperial Hospitality Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site Is Informational
The Site describes our security guard, event security, valet parking, concierge, and driver staffing services and allows you to request quotes and contact us. Content on the Site does not constitute an offer, and no service engagement is formed through the Site alone. All service engagements are governed by separate written agreements, proposals, or work orders, which control over anything on the Site.
Permitted Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure; interfere with the Site's operation; scrape, harvest, or copy Site content at scale; submit false, misleading, or malicious information through our forms; or use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and page design — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use; any other use requires our prior written permission.

Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
